Excellent service from start to finish Excellent service from start to finish, clear instructions on pickup point from the airport. Comfortable vehicle and courteous driver just a pity that this company didn’t transfer us back to the airport after our holiday as a dispicable Uber driver tried to charge us £92 for the same journey from Viator which cost £34.Viator highly recommended!

Why Late ??? The driver was very knowledgeable and funny, He was late picking us up,which caused us to rush in to meet our boat time schedule to the USS Arizona, when we got there we were told that because we missed our allotted time our tickets were voided. Lucky for us that the following time slot did not have many passengers so we were able to go ahead with our visit. The scheduling should allow for traffic etc. To me there is NO excuse for arriving late

Viator should have provided insight for… Viator should have provided insight for customizing the tour. We had two individuals who had difficulty keeping pace with the tour guide. If Viator had simply given some sort of guide that could have helped us determine what type of tour would work for our group, that would have helped. The tour guide was very nice and tried to show us all the places listed on the tour, but for our group we should have chosen a slower-paced tour with less trains. A customization guide or questionnaire could have helped us plan the perfect custom tour.

We saw Mount Fuji and the cherry blossom! Our tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji was a great experience. Sorting out groups at the beginning of the tour was slightly chaotic but once underway it was fine. The ropeway experience wasn’t quite as impressive as we had envisaged but we had good views of the Sulphur mines and lake below. We saw the Tori gates and shrines and enjoyed our ride back to Tokyo on the bullet train.

despite contact the agents(everytime… despite contact the agents(everytime not the same agent I chatted with)several times, my problem in booking for 12 pax is still unsolved until now. At the booking platform, I can only book 1 group of 7 pax maximum, whereas I need to book 2 groups(we are a group of 13 pax). The agent emailed me the link to book for 2 groups, but still the slot is always "sold out" when I tried to book the 2nd group.
