CAWant to do the Samaria Gorge? Don’t use Viator Less than morning the day before the trip the Local guide texted us and refused to pick us up at the hotel which you offered, and then when we agreed to drive an hour at 4 in the morning to a town closer to him he said there were no seats. Your website offered no toll free way to call to resolve this. This stressful process lasted 3 or 4 hours with no resolution, so you have ruined our day and vacation since the Samaria Gorge hike was THE reason we came all the way here. Shame on Viator.

GBGreat customer service I booked several trips in Italy and the Greek Islands, even though my cruise ship offered their own excursions. Viator oggets more tours and for better pricing. From what I am experiencing. the specific tour guides at the different ports are aware that o am on a cruise ship, and make sure our port arrival and departures times are noted, so we won't miss our ship. I also contacted Viator a few times about modifications and always was responded too quickly and with sincerity. Great Company to use!! Being far from home we are confident we will be taken care of

GBWould highly recommend aiming to be the… Would highly recommend aiming to be the first on the boat and securing one of the 4 seats available at the top. Provides more shade and makes you feel like a VIP! (But still looked great if you weren't able to secure the top). Super informative and friendly staff and the complementary drinks are a really nice touch

IDdespite contact the agents(everytime… despite contact the agents(everytime not the same agent I chatted with)several times, my problem in booking for 12 pax is still unsolved until now. At the booking platform, I can only book 1 group of 7 pax maximum, whereas I need to book 2 groups(we are a group of 13 pax). The agent emailed me the link to book for 2 groups, but still the slot is always "sold out" when I tried to book the 2nd group.

GBGreat experience Great experience, was able to jump into the faster line since everyone else was in line to still buy their tickets. Wish we got to see the other exhibitions which were in maintenance, but compelling nonetheless. Must stop museum for anyone visiting NYC.
