CAWatch out for Pirate Taxies With a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, our driver did arrive to pick us up from the airport. He was very friendly. Watch out for pirate taxies that try to cancel your reservations when waiting for your ride. There are a lot of them outside the airport who use all kind of misdirection to persuade unknowing patrons to cancel their reservations. Our prearranged driver got us to the resort, from the Airport, within 25 minutes. He helped load and unload our luggage. When going back to the airport, our driver was on time and, once again, helped us with loading and unloading our luggage.

JPViator should have provided insight for… Viator should have provided insight for customizing the tour. We had two individuals who had difficulty keeping pace with the tour guide. If Viator had simply given some sort of guide that could have helped us determine what type of tour would work for our group, that would have helped. The tour guide was very nice and tried to show us all the places listed on the tour, but for our group we should have chosen a slower-paced tour with less trains. A customization guide or questionnaire could have helped us plan the perfect custom tour.

CAWant to do the Samaria Gorge? Don’t use Viator Less than morning the day before the trip the Local guide texted us and refused to pick us up at the hotel which you offered, and then when we agreed to drive an hour at 4 in the morning to a town closer to him he said there were no seats. Your website offered no toll free way to call to resolve this. This stressful process lasted 3 or 4 hours with no resolution, so you have ruined our day and vacation since the Samaria Gorge hike was THE reason we came all the way here. Shame on Viator.

GBGreat customer service I booked several trips in Italy and the Greek Islands, even though my cruise ship offered their own excursions. Viator oggets more tours and for better pricing. From what I am experiencing. the specific tour guides at the different ports are aware that o am on a cruise ship, and make sure our port arrival and departures times are noted, so we won't miss our ship. I also contacted Viator a few times about modifications and always was responded too quickly and with sincerity. Great Company to use!! Being far from home we are confident we will be taken care of

GBGreat experience Great experience, was able to jump into the faster line since everyone else was in line to still buy their tickets. Wish we got to see the other exhibitions which were in maintenance, but compelling nonetheless. Must stop museum for anyone visiting NYC.
