Fulton Parking Rocks The people who work at Fulton Parking (New Orleans Parking) have always been great to us, even jumping off a dead battery when we disembarked our cruise ship only to find a dead car in the midst of winter. Good people, friendly and professional. I did used to have some issues with the website being obstinate but those glitches are gone. It's much easier to book our reservation now. Highly recommended.

If you receive an error message Everything was fine in booking the reservation until at the end I received an error message and was told to "try again". Yet when I checked my account and my credit card, the reservation was booked and paid for. If I had followed the instructions, I would have booked another reservation. So, my advice is if you receive an error message, check your account before you try again.

Great,but no refund of overage paid. We arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected, but was given no credit/refund. Pricing is based on arrival and departure times, but we arrived later than we stated and left earlier than we stated. The web site says there is credit/refund for less time spent using the lot. I even emailed them about it. No reply. Otherwise, we had no issues.

The application presented an error…and then double booked me The application presented an error indicating I needed to complete my account information after I had put in my payment info. It double-charged and made me two identical reservations. Refund process was quick so upgraded my review.
