Great,but no refund of overage paid. We arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected, but was given no credit/refund. Pricing is based on arrival and departure times, but we arrived later than we stated and left earlier than we stated. The web site says there is credit/refund for less time spent using the lot. I even emailed them about it. No reply. Otherwise, we had no issues.

Fulton Parking Rocks The people who work at Fulton Parking (New Orleans Parking) have always been great to us, even jumping off a dead battery when we disembarked our cruise ship only to find a dead car in the midst of winter. Good people, friendly and professional. I did used to have some issues with the website being obstinate but those glitches are gone. It's much easier to book our reservation now. Highly recommended.

Convenient for Saenger Events Great location for parking when attending events at The Saenger Theatre, The Roosevelt Hotel and The Orphium Theatre

the price was high amd layout was poor… the price was high amd layout was poor ,leaving the location was a mess , no clear cut direction cars coming and blocking cars trying to get out . Also elevators were broken and floors not marked well , need to paint floor number on all poles of parking gagage . people were tieing up evelators going from 1 floor to 6 floor and back to the 3 floor lots of wasted time . Iam helping you and your next customers nothing in this for me .
