Booking parking on line is simple Booking parking on line is simple. Booked a 5 day parking for a cruise. Arrived the day of departure, was greeted and instructed where to park. Elevator was nearby. Shuttle to port was quick and driver was very friendly and accommodating. We were told where we were to be picked up at the end of the cruise. Shuttle was there waiting for us when we returned. Taken back to the garage, given simple instructions and we were out in10 min.

Very Poor Reservation System and Terrible Phone Help System When I tried to make a reservation for the Fulton Street garage in downtown New Orleans, LA, the system at one point would not accept my email address as valid, and at another time would not accept my phone number as valid. When I clicked submit reservation, I got a message that there was some problem, yet I saw the receipt pop up in my email. However, I saw that I had accidentally entered the wrong arrival time. When I tried to change the reservation, I could not figure out if I was simply changing the existing reservation or accidentally creating a new one. Your telephone system was no help, because there was no way at all to talk to a person, not even the opportunity to hit a button and get a recorded message. The only option offered was to leave a message.
