GBDisappointed this time I love the convenience of the garage!! However this time my car was broke in to. I feel like we pay for security as well as convenience. My car was ransacked and my bottles of meds I didn't take on the ship were taken..... no controlled substances, thankfully!!

GBPoor customer service Made a mistake making my parking reservation, cannot get any assistance to this point. Called both numbers on the printed confirmation, the first one interrupted me and said I dialed the wrong number. The second wouldn't answer, no option to leave a voicemail and then started denying my call within one ring. UPDATE: I finally got in touch with someone and they were able to help me. She was very nice and understanding!

GBFulton Parking Rocks The people who work at Fulton Parking (New Orleans Parking) have always been great to us, even jumping off a dead battery when we disembarked our cruise ship only to find a dead car in the midst of winter. Good people, friendly and professional. I did used to have some issues with the website being obstinate but those glitches are gone. It's much easier to book our reservation now. Highly recommended.

GBIt's fairly straight forward It's fairly straight forward. You need to pick Cruise or Hotel even if you are parking for an event. Should have option for event. Also you MUST pick search after entering dates and not one of the lots listed on the side with "reserve". If you don't pick search, it does not keep the dates you selected and defaults to today's date. Receipt says Louis Armstrong Airport, which is a little confusing.
