GBGreat,but no refund of overage paid. We arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected, but was given no credit/refund. Pricing is based on arrival and departure times, but we arrived later than we stated and left earlier than we stated. The web site says there is credit/refund for less time spent using the lot. I even emailed them about it. No reply. Otherwise, we had no issues.

GBDisappointed this time I love the convenience of the garage!! However this time my car was broke in to. I feel like we pay for security as well as convenience. My car was ransacked and my bottles of meds I didn't take on the ship were taken..... no controlled substances, thankfully!!

GBVery Poor Reservation System and Terrible Phone Help System When I tried to make a reservation for the Fulton Street garage in downtown New Orleans, LA, the system at one point would not accept my email address as valid, and at another time would not accept my phone number as valid. When I clicked submit reservation, I got a message that there was some problem, yet I saw the receipt pop up in my email. However, I saw that I had accidentally entered the wrong arrival time. When I tried to change the reservation, I could not figure out if I was simply changing the existing reservation or accidentally creating a new one. Your telephone system was no help, because there was no way at all to talk to a person, not even the opportunity to hit a button and get a recorded message. The only option offered was to leave a message.

GBConvenient cruise parking! Just returned from a 9 day cruise that departed from Julia Street cruise terminal. We parked at the Fulton parking lot that was about a block or so away from the terminal. They do provide a free shuttle that runs about every 5 minutes to transport you and all your luggage to and from the terminal. The cost for parking there was about $8 a day less expensive than using the terminal lot, and just as convenient in my opinion. Be advised that if you have a larger vehicle, like a taller truck, you will need to park in the oversized lot, which is a few dollars more. However, it will also be easier to just drive out when you return from your cruise, rather than having to wait for them to retrieve your vehicle from the rooftop. Either way, I would definitely recommend parking at this site.

GBIf you receive an error message Everything was fine in booking the reservation until at the end I received an error message and was told to "try again". Yet when I checked my account and my credit card, the reservation was booked and paid for. If I had followed the instructions, I would have booked another reservation. So, my advice is if you receive an error message, check your account before you try again.
