USThe application presented an error…and then double booked me The application presented an error indicating I needed to complete my account information after I had put in my payment info. It double-charged and made me two identical reservations. Refund process was quick so upgraded my review.

USEasy to use Easy to use, however, when I completed my transaction I received and error message that said "Try Again." I doubled checked my profile and my paid reservation was there. If I had started over and tried a second time, I would have been charged twice. This is a glitch that needs to be fixed ASAP!

USIf you receive an error message Everything was fine in booking the reservation until at the end I received an error message and was told to "try again". Yet when I checked my account and my credit card, the reservation was booked and paid for. If I had followed the instructions, I would have booked another reservation. So, my advice is if you receive an error message, check your account before you try again.
