GBGreat,but no refund of overage paid. We arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected, but was given no credit/refund. Pricing is based on arrival and departure times, but we arrived later than we stated and left earlier than we stated. The web site says there is credit/refund for less time spent using the lot. I even emailed them about it. No reply. Otherwise, we had no issues.

GBBooking parking on line is simple Booking parking on line is simple. Booked a 5 day parking for a cruise. Arrived the day of departure, was greeted and instructed where to park. Elevator was nearby. Shuttle to port was quick and driver was very friendly and accommodating. We were told where we were to be picked up at the end of the cruise. Shuttle was there waiting for us when we returned. Taken back to the garage, given simple instructions and we were out in10 min.

GBConvenient cruise parking! Just returned from a 9 day cruise that departed from Julia Street cruise terminal. We parked at the Fulton parking lot that was about a block or so away from the terminal. They do provide a free shuttle that runs about every 5 minutes to transport you and all your luggage to and from the terminal. The cost for parking there was about $8 a day less expensive than using the terminal lot, and just as convenient in my opinion. Be advised that if you have a larger vehicle, like a taller truck, you will need to park in the oversized lot, which is a few dollars more. However, it will also be easier to just drive out when you return from your cruise, rather than having to wait for them to retrieve your vehicle from the rooftop. Either way, I would definitely recommend parking at this site.

GBFulton Parking Rocks The people who work at Fulton Parking (New Orleans Parking) have always been great to us, even jumping off a dead battery when we disembarked our cruise ship only to find a dead car in the midst of winter. Good people, friendly and professional. I did used to have some issues with the website being obstinate but those glitches are gone. It's much easier to book our reservation now. Highly recommended.
