GBVery Poor Reservation System and Terrible Phone Help System When I tried to make a reservation for the Fulton Street garage in downtown New Orleans, LA, the system at one point would not accept my email address as valid, and at another time would not accept my phone number as valid. When I clicked submit reservation, I got a message that there was some problem, yet I saw the receipt pop up in my email. However, I saw that I had accidentally entered the wrong arrival time. When I tried to change the reservation, I could not figure out if I was simply changing the existing reservation or accidentally creating a new one. Your telephone system was no help, because there was no way at all to talk to a person, not even the opportunity to hit a button and get a recorded message. The only option offered was to leave a message.

GBPoor customer service Made a mistake making my parking reservation, cannot get any assistance to this point. Called both numbers on the printed confirmation, the first one interrupted me and said I dialed the wrong number. The second wouldn't answer, no option to leave a voicemail and then started denying my call within one ring. UPDATE: I finally got in touch with someone and they were able to help me. She was very nice and understanding!

GBthe price was high amd layout was poor… the price was high amd layout was poor ,leaving the location was a mess , no clear cut direction cars coming and blocking cars trying to get out . Also elevators were broken and floors not marked well , need to paint floor number on all poles of parking gagage . people were tieing up evelators going from 1 floor to 6 floor and back to the 3 floor lots of wasted time . Iam helping you and your next customers nothing in this for me .

They check you in quickly and the shuttle drivers are always very pleasant and accommodating. The baggage handlers do a wonderful job at getting us loaded to get us to our port quickly. GBGreat,but no refund of overage paid. We arrived later than expected and left earlier than expected, but was given no credit/refund. Pricing is based on arrival and departure times, but we arrived later than we stated and left earlier than we stated. The web site says there is credit/refund for less time spent using the lot. I even emailed them about it. No reply. Otherwise, we had no issues.
