Website is Trash Your website is absolute trash. Im trying to modify a reservation and no matter what page I am on there's always an error and no button to hit submit on anything.

Convenient cruise parking! Just returned from a 9 day cruise that departed from Julia Street cruise terminal. We parked at the Fulton parking lot that was about a block or so away from the terminal. They do provide a free shuttle that runs about every 5 minutes to transport you and all your luggage to and from the terminal. The cost for parking there was about $8 a day less expensive than using the terminal lot, and just as convenient in my opinion. Be advised that if you have a larger vehicle, like a taller truck, you will need to park in the oversized lot, which is a few dollars more. However, it will also be easier to just drive out when you return from your cruise, rather than having to wait for them to retrieve your vehicle from the rooftop. Either way, I would definitely recommend parking at this site.

The application presented an error…and then double booked me The application presented an error indicating I needed to complete my account information after I had put in my payment info. It double-charged and made me two identical reservations. Refund process was quick so upgraded my review.

Poor customer service Made a mistake making my parking reservation, cannot get any assistance to this point. Called both numbers on the printed confirmation, the first one interrupted me and said I dialed the wrong number. The second wouldn't answer, no option to leave a voicemail and then started denying my call within one ring. UPDATE: I finally got in touch with someone and they were able to help me. She was very nice and understanding!
