Following up for a confirmation on experience Following up for another review since my travel is over and wanted to confirm a good experience overall and that there were no unexpected obstacles in my flight experience. Yes - I'm confirming - flight was seamless and no problems with ticketing. Booking ticket was easy and service was prompt. When I call, I get a person and not the run-around. I trust this sight. Will use again. This is coming from someone is is typically pretty skeptical.

There's a bait and switch when booking… There's a bait and switch when booking air with FBC. The website will have a lower rate and when they call to confirm you're advised that those fares are no longer available, although they still show on website. And, they will try to sell you on a fare that's much higher, and in many cases a different airlines with extremely long layovers. Not good.

Oliver was most helpful to us. Oliver was most helpful with finding a flight that works for us after the flight we had picked was not available. He was very nice to talk with and worked hard to get us a flight that works for us. As retired managers at a hospital we work give Oliver high marks for his customer service. Great Customer Service I was a bit skeptical since I wasn’t familiar with the company. But I was quickly put at ease when Jason was able to assist me with my travel itinerary. He stayed on the phone and waited until I received my confirmation email and answered any questions that I had. I even received a follow up call a few days later to ensure I got my tickets. I will definitely use this company again!
