GBAlex was great. I tried to use the online system to extend my reservation and, failing at that, spoke to a man on the 800 number provided in the Confirmation email. He was an idiot. I then called the hotel directly and spoke to Alex in reservations. He was very helpful and very pleasant and he extended my reservation by one day, as requested. My experience with your online system and with the idiot at the 800 number almost prompted me to cancel, but Alex saved the day for me. Much praise and thanks to him !

GBFrustrating because he could not find… Frustrating because he could not find my hotel. It took 15 minutes to identify the hotel in michigan- not TX, Oregon or Massachusetts. Not confident that my reservation will hold and be there when we all show up.

GBI was told that was the cheapest rate… I was told that was the cheapest rate available. The hotel itself told me it was $100 overpriced based on their rates- but I had already booked at that point. They did indeed resolve the issue that I had by issuing a $50 credit. Appreciated the follow up and good customer service response!

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever! I would never ever recommend Hotel reservations to anyone! My request was 2 queen beds and when I arrived and went to check in they said it was a room with only a full size bed, not a King or 2 queens! Hotel confirmed that was the reservation requested by the third party which was wrong and the hotel was sold out! I was not paying $234 for a full size bed! Horrible experience!!
