GBAmanda was great! Amanda was great!! I've called numerous of #'s trying to get my problem resolved with no success. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Amanda. She took the extra step to call the hotel that I had the reservation with. She got everything taken care of. Thanks Amanda!! Your company need more employees like you.

GBMisleading and expensive Design of site misleads one to believe that they are on a specific hotel’s website. My promised, refundable reservation did not end up to be as I confirmed three times with the agent. What’s more I was charged for a travel insurance policy which, I guess, is what made my reservation refundable. I was able to cancel and get a partial reimbursement but was not reimbursed for the travel insurance. I’ve learned to make sure to call a hotel directly where you can almost always get a better price anyway.

GBDarla " The Smart One," Darla is the only one that didn't hang up on me , due to I was having issues with my credit card , she helped me out instead of hanging up on me ...my card was on lock mode ,once I unlocked it there was no problem , Benjamin needs more patience Darla gets a 10 for customer service Give her a raise and let her train the new people coming on board after Benjamin I called another 2 times and the same thing happened they disconnected me when my card didn't go through ....then I got Darla I explained my situation to her and she figured it out .....woman in the work force are better than these ignorant guys .....I almost didn't book the Omni ...Thank Darla , maybe like a little gift certificate or something ...you will get it back 10 fold

GBI was told that was the cheapest rate… I was told that was the cheapest rate available. The hotel itself told me it was $100 overpriced based on their rates- but I had already booked at that point. They did indeed resolve the issue that I had by issuing a $50 credit. Appreciated the follow up and good customer service response!

GBPleasant Experience I spoke with Maria on 05/02/24. She was very bubbly, courteous and thorough. She was also quite knowledgeable regarding hotel configuration for rooms and hotel policy. In short, she was a delight.🌞
