She took the extra step to call the hotel that I had the reservation with. She got everything taken care of. Thanks Amanda!! Your company need more employees like you.

GBI had a sick dog and needed a… I had a sick dog and needed a pet-friendly hotel room ASAP to get to the vet first thing in the morning. I also had to arrange a very late check-in (3:30am). The service I received really made my night. My concerns were addressed and everything was set up in about 15 minutes. It was so easy and extremely helpful. Especially considering how stressed out I was. It's hard to find compassion and empathy these days. I highly recommend.
