GBI had a sick dog and needed a… I had a sick dog and needed a pet-friendly hotel room ASAP to get to the vet first thing in the morning. I also had to arrange a very late check-in (3:30am). The service I received really made my night. My concerns were addressed and everything was set up in about 15 minutes. It was so easy and extremely helpful. Especially considering how stressed out I was. It's hard to find compassion and empathy these days. I highly recommend.

GBWorst experience ever Worst experience ever! I would never ever recommend Hotel reservations to anyone! My request was 2 queen beds and when I arrived and went to check in they said it was a room with only a full size bed, not a King or 2 queens! Hotel confirmed that was the reservation requested by the third party which was wrong and the hotel was sold out! I was not paying $234 for a full size bed! Horrible experience!!
