Worst experience ever Worst experience ever! I would never ever recommend Hotel reservations to anyone! My request was 2 queen beds and when I arrived and went to check in they said it was a room with only a full size bed, not a King or 2 queens! Hotel confirmed that was the reservation requested by the third party which was wrong and the hotel was sold out! I was not paying $234 for a full size bed! Horrible experience!!

Darla " The Smart One," Darla is the only one that didn't hang up on me , due to I was having issues with my credit card , she helped me out instead of hanging up on me ...my card was on lock mode ,once I unlocked it there was no problem , Benjamin needs more patience Darla gets a 10 for customer service Give her a raise and let her train the new people coming on board after Benjamin I called another 2 times and the same thing happened they disconnected me when my card didn't go through ....then I got Darla I explained my situation to her and she figured it out .....woman in the work force are better than these ignorant guys .....I almost didn't book the Omni ...Thank Darla , maybe like a little gift certificate or something ...you will get it back 10 fold

I booked a stay which I had to move to… I booked a stay which I had to move to another date. The representative was helpful in canceling the original booking and then booking a new reservation. Good job. Now waiting to make sure the cancelation go's without a hitch

Misleading and expensive Design of site misleads one to believe that they are on a specific hotel’s website. My promised, refundable reservation did not end up to be as I confirmed three times with the agent. What’s more I was charged for a travel insurance policy which, I guess, is what made my reservation refundable. I was able to cancel and get a partial reimbursement but was not reimbursed for the travel insurance. I’ve learned to make sure to call a hotel directly where you can almost always get a better price anyway.
