DKImpossible to delete my profile I subscribed only to look for rooms for a group, but first of all I can't manage to delete my profile, and secondly I keep receiving spam from them regarding a hotel stay I never booked. Awful website.

GBAmanda was great! Amanda was great!! I've called numerous of #'s trying to get my problem resolved with no success. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Amanda. She took the extra step to call the hotel that I had the reservation with. She got everything taken care of. Thanks Amanda!! Your company need more employees like you.

GBI booked a stay which I had to move to… I booked a stay which I had to move to another date. The representative was helpful in canceling the original booking and then booking a new reservation. Good job. Now waiting to make sure the cancelation go's without a hitch

GBI was told that was the cheapest rate… I was told that was the cheapest rate available. The hotel itself told me it was $100 overpriced based on their rates- but I had already booked at that point. They did indeed resolve the issue that I had by issuing a $50 credit. Appreciated the follow up and good customer service response!
