USI had a sick dog and needed a… I had a sick dog and needed a pet-friendly hotel room ASAP to get to the vet first thing in the morning. I also had to arrange a very late check-in (3:30am). The service I received really made my night. My concerns were addressed and everything was set up in about 15 minutes. It was so easy and extremely helpful. Especially considering how stressed out I was. It's hard to find compassion and empathy these days. I highly recommend.

USAmanda was great! Amanda was great!! I've called numerous of #'s trying to get my problem resolved with no success. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Amanda. She took the extra step to call the hotel that I had the reservation with. She got everything taken care of. Thanks Amanda!! Your company need more employees like you.

USAlex was great. I tried to use the online system to extend my reservation and, failing at that, spoke to a man on the 800 number provided in the Confirmation email. He was an idiot. I then called the hotel directly and spoke to Alex in reservations. He was very helpful and very pleasant and he extended my reservation by one day, as requested. My experience with your online system and with the idiot at the 800 number almost prompted me to cancel, but Alex saved the day for me. Much praise and thanks to him !
