USFrustrating because he could not find… Frustrating because he could not find my hotel. It took 15 minutes to identify the hotel in michigan- not TX, Oregon or Massachusetts. Not confident that my reservation will hold and be there when we all show up.

USMisleading and expensive Design of site misleads one to believe that they are on a specific hotel’s website. My promised, refundable reservation did not end up to be as I confirmed three times with the agent. What’s more I was charged for a travel insurance policy which, I guess, is what made my reservation refundable. I was able to cancel and get a partial reimbursement but was not reimbursed for the travel insurance. I’ve learned to make sure to call a hotel directly where you can almost always get a better price anyway.

USWorst experience ever Worst experience ever! I would never ever recommend Hotel reservations to anyone! My request was 2 queen beds and when I arrived and went to check in they said it was a room with only a full size bed, not a King or 2 queens! Hotel confirmed that was the reservation requested by the third party which was wrong and the hotel was sold out! I was not paying $234 for a full size bed! Horrible experience!!

USChris was very helpful in answering all… Chris was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding a room within our budget with AAA discount. Also have a free cancellation up to 2 days before reservation date in case our appointment date changes.

USDarla " The Smart One," Darla is the only one that didn't hang up on me , due to I was having issues with my credit card , she helped me out instead of hanging up on me ...my card was on lock mode ,once I unlocked it there was no problem , Benjamin needs more patience Darla gets a 10 for customer service Give her a raise and let her train the new people coming on board after Benjamin I called another 2 times and the same thing happened they disconnected me when my card didn't go through ....then I got Darla I explained my situation to her and she figured it out .....woman in the work force are better than these ignorant guys .....I almost didn't book the Omni ...Thank Darla , maybe like a little gift certificate or something ...you will get it back 10 fold
