AUFlight Cancellation I booked a flight, they cancelled & offered another flight which was unsuitable, so I rejected it. They offered another which still didn't allow enough time from my connecting Flight. I requested a refund. They offered a travel credit. If I want a refund, I lose $57 as their handling fee. This is outright theft as they sold the original flight (which I suspect never existed) they cancelled & failed to find a suitable alternate flight. Now they want me to pay for their errors. I would say stay away from this booking site. :( No resolution so far.
