Flight Cancellation I booked a flight, they cancelled & offered another flight which was unsuitable, so I rejected it. They offered another which still didn't allow enough time from my connecting Flight. I requested a refund. They offered a travel credit. If I want a refund, I lose $57 as their handling fee. This is outright theft as they sold the original flight (which I suspect never existed) they cancelled & failed to find a suitable alternate flight. Now they want me to pay for their errors. I would say stay away from this booking site. :( No resolution so far.

As a middle-class individual As a middle-class individual, finding a ticket at these prices was quite useful. I would refer your services to my circle of friends. Keep up the wonderful work. I wish you good luck.

couldn't find something less than one star couldn't find something less than one star. long story short , they charged with different price than the one shown on their website during confirmation. 5 min after booking I cancelled and they sent an email they need 4 weeks to refund the amount minus $60 for their processing fee. most airlines cancel for free and do instant refund within 24 hours window. these scammers wanna charge $60 for cancellation within 5 min !!

Found them via sky scanners booked… Found them via sky scanners booked flights fairly late for xmas for the family to New Zealand via Dublin also used last min.com for separate booking had Zero issues what so ever e tickets were confirmed straight away with airline (Emirates) I read a lot of bad reviews after I'd booked so was a little concerned as I've only ever used traditional travel agents in the past but we had a perfect trip and experience also they were the cheapest option I could find so thank you.I booked the flexi option but never used it but I can imagine any changes in flights would be a pain no matter who you use .

Need a last minute cancellation I would need to make a last min cancellation for 1 out of 4 passengers. Wasn't confident on how to go about, I seek help for support agent thru the chat. Quite instantly, an agent was online to help me with the cancellation, followed with confirmation and refund voucher sent to my email. Within 5min, everything was settled, bravo!!! Many thanks to the support agent, Bledar, who provided me with such excellent and timely assistance.
