USWorst experience, Bravofly is a SCAM Worst experience, no information was ever sent to me as they had input a email that was not mine probably to hide the fact that Bravofly had not paid for my luaggage which meant I had to pay 440 USD additional to what I had already paid them for my luggage. Customer service is nonexistent and will be of no use.

ILThere is a quick, successful and understanding response to customers, which I appreciate very much I have been trying several times to change the date of my flight reservation, and each time in the penultimate stage it does not work because the crew sends me a message via email that I must communicate by phone, and my phone never receives international calls, and now I spoke with a representative and she told me that my matters will be handled. By booking by email and taking my note into consideration in order to successfully change the date of my reservation

USVery Bad Experience!! Very Bad Experience!!! flight abruptly scrapped. Zero communication. Forced to endure an overnight stay for the next day's flight due to purported overbooking. Rescheduled for the following day. Customer service appears to be outsourced to India, where they exhibit utter unhelpfulness and a profound lack of awareness. It's as if nobody cares in the least.

ILhurible expirence! hurible expirence!. my flight changed to an early hour. They didn't update me or the ticket so the airline didn't let me board. They didn't take any responsability for thier mistake. I had to wait 12 hours until the mext flight and they didn't compansate me for any of the extra charged I had to do because of their lously work
