Rescheduled for the following day. Customer service appears to be outsourced to India, where they exhibit utter unhelpfulness and a profound lack of awareness. It's as if nobody cares in the least.

Need a last minute cancellation I would need to make a last min cancellation for 1 out of 4 passengers. Wasn't confident on how to go about, I seek help for support agent thru the chat. Quite instantly, an agent was online to help me with the cancellation, followed with confirmation and refund voucher sent to my email. Within 5min, everything was settled, bravo!!!
