NZI requested a change I requested a change, they said no problem, then send me an email to accept an extra payment, I accepted and the next day they said, the change was not possible, the pint is they never give me alternative options, verified by them, so I have to change again, they arbitrarily disabled the change. After 3 days, I tried to request a cancellation but the website did not enable that option, and It was impossible to request a change. Finally, I lost the flight, I lost the money, I am trying to connect with them for a refund, no answer till 3 day after the flight. Worse customer service. Do somebody knows who supervise this websites??

GBVery Bad Experience!! Very Bad Experience!!! flight abruptly scrapped. Zero communication. Forced to endure an overnight stay for the next day's flight due to purported overbooking. Rescheduled for the following day. Customer service appears to be outsourced to India, where they exhibit utter unhelpfulness and a profound lack of awareness. It's as if nobody cares in the least.
