AVOID AVOID Please be cautious when… AVOID AVOID Please be cautious when dealing with "Bravofly". They will quote a price in GBP (£), but when you authorise the payment, you will notice that your bank is debited with a foreign currency (€€). This will result in additional bank charges and a hit on conversion rates. In other words, a ticket that you bought at, say, £400 will actually cost you around £450. The worst part is that even if you provide evidence of the agreed-upon price and the actual charged amount, it doesn't matter to them.

hurible expirence! hurible expirence!. my flight changed to an early hour. They didn't update me or the ticket so the airline didn't let me board. They didn't take any responsability for thier mistake. I had to wait 12 hours until the mext flight and they didn't compansate me for any of the extra charged I had to do because of their lously work

Very Bad Experience!! Very Bad Experience!!! flight abruptly scrapped. Zero communication. Forced to endure an overnight stay for the next day's flight due to purported overbooking. Rescheduled for the following day. Customer service appears to be outsourced to India, where they exhibit utter unhelpfulness and a profound lack of awareness. It's as if nobody cares in the least.
