Misleading price quoted Searched for a hotel using Google. This looked like the official website for the hotel I was looking for. Appeared to quote £95 for 2 days I wanted. Accepted that and booked/paid. £191 taken out Hotel rooms £126.80 Tax Recovery Charges & Service Fees £65.04 Amount Paid £191.84 Tried immediately to cancel but told nonrefundable. £126 for the rooms is actually reasonable but the extra charges are ridiculous! #####update##### Contacted by customer services who offered some compensation due to lack of clarity. They were very quick to respond to review. Updated to 3* due to that response. I will have to pay a lot more attention in future.

Getaroom.com Saved Me Money Getaroom.com has great customer service, which isn't easy to find these days. I originally had a issue that was mostly my fault for not paying attention to details, and they made it right. Ultimately saving me money overall which is the core of their business. Stay away from these thieves!!! Stay away from these thieves!!!! Booked on the Hotel website. The booking was somehow intercepted by Getaroom. Amount deducted from credit card was double the amount offered on website. Called the Hotel and was informed that booking was made by Agoda. This company somehow hacked my booking.

Scammmmmm!!! Scammmmmm!!!! Pretend to be directly through the hotel and tells you one price and hits card for another! Immediately I said reverse the charge and they refused. Plain out stealing!!!
