This company is a complete scam This company is a complete scam. They masquerade as the hotel's website, then when you book you find all sorts of fees added that you never expected. When you try to cancel they claim there is a no cancellation policy. So you're stuck. Try to dispute the charge and they tell your bank you are erroneously trying to get around paying for the room that you agreed to. COMPLETE SCAMMERS.

If you are reading this it’s hopefully not too late Website to book impersonating hotel site- no third party logo and hotel name in web address. Booking defaulted to the current date as I tried to confirm booking. Nightmare trying to get through to someone via telephone- robot not understanding ‘yes’ in standard English accent. Put through to customer services and was advised unable to refund and reschedule for correct date. When queried they hung up on me. Phone company informed me call had cost £10.

Stay away from these thieves!!! Stay away from these thieves!!!! Booked on the Hotel website. The booking was somehow intercepted by Getaroom. Amount deducted from credit card was double the amount offered on website. Called the Hotel and was informed that booking was made by Agoda. This company somehow hacked my booking.

Don't book with Getaroom I thought I was booking a room via The Travelodge website, but it was actually Getaroom posing as the hotel. Super dodgy! Once I had booked and placed the payment, the amount taken from my card was almost double what it should have been. I immediately called their customer service number, but couldn't speak to an actual human, just a robot. No matter what option I selected, I was unable to speak to any customer service rep to provide help! Don't book with getaroom.

They double booked me and will not refund Booked a room through this company via a link sent to me by our volleyball club. Accidentally booked for 1 night and meant to book for 2. Called within two hours of booking to “change” the reservation to 2 nights. Unfortunately they did not have an extra night available for the room I originally booked so they offered me a different room at a higher rate which I accepted. Showed up to check into my room inly to find out that they didnt change my reservation at all. They booked me for another room at 2 nights. Now they are refusing to refund my first reservation. I requested a copy of the “recorded call” and was told I would receive a copy within 72 hours. NOTHING has been sent to me. When I reply to their email they are now telling me for contractural reasons I am unable to receive a copy of the recording. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
