GBRoy Frazer was a fantastic help today Roy Frazer was a fantastic help today, 4/6/24. We needed to change our plans for our flight from JFK to SXM and he provided us with great initial information. When we decided our change would occur he took more information and called us back with complete details. WOW it was great to find someone with such care and expertise. Thank you Roy
