Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. OnPay is easy to use for weekly payroll, and their handling of tax forms and integration with QuickBooks simplifies my life greatly. On rare occasions when I've needed help, responses have been prompt and accurate.

Their customer support has been easy to access and very helpful when we needed it, and it is a relief to know all our taxes and fees are being paid properly to the fed and state government so we don't have to try and figure out all those details. We have been using it for 3 months now and are very satisfied.

I haven't tried any other payroll… I haven't tried any other payroll options. We found OnPay after researching the subject online. Been using it now for two years and it has been absolutely dead easy from the start and I have no training in bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, etc. The interface is very intuitive. I handle all our employee payroll needs each week in about 5 minutes. Pay goes out via direct deposit. OnPay automatically takes care of all the details. And anytime I've called tech support they were extremely friendly, knowlegable, and able to answer any questions and solve the problem. I give them an A+.
