GBMy small business payroll needs are… My small business payroll needs are fairly simple. OnPay is easy to use for weekly payroll, and their handling of tax forms and integration with QuickBooks simplifies my life greatly. On rare occasions when I've needed help, responses have been prompt and accurate.

The most straightforward and user-friendly small business payroll/benefits platform we have used and we have worked with a few of them: (ADP, AmCheck, Paychex, QuickBooks, Wells Fargo, etc.). The helpdesk is timely and efficient and available by chat or phone.

GBI haven't tried any other payroll… I haven't tried any other payroll options. We found OnPay after researching the subject online. Been using it now for two years and it has been absolutely dead easy from the start and I have no training in bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, etc. The interface is very intuitive. I handle all our employee payroll needs each week in about 5 minutes. Pay goes out via direct deposit. OnPay automatically takes care of all the details. And anytime I've called tech support they were extremely friendly, knowlegable, and able to answer any questions and solve the problem. I give them an A+.
