Ensuring they are paid legally, with all appropriate taxes paid out means that we need payroll help. I set up the entity and OnPay helps me do the rest. Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.

Their customer support has been easy to access and very helpful when we needed it, and it is a relief to know all our taxes and fees are being paid properly to the fed and state government so we don't have to try and figure out all those details. OnPay uploads general ledger entries to… OnPay uploads general ledger entries to quickbooks, our 401-K and easily allows employees to make their own changes and to view their payroll history. It notifies them when the direct deposit has been done. So far, the support has been great. There is a 2 day in advance scheduling for closing the payroll date and I would prefer a 1 day, but all in all this is an excellent product.

Moved to them right before closing down… Moved to them right before closing down this year for Covid. We've had to do lots of strange things because of the PPP loan.. Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. OnPay provides a simple process for… OnPay provides a simple process for micro/small businesses. Migrating was relatively simple and OnPay staff were super helpful (plus, US-based) when I had questions. Running each payroll cycle is faster than our old service, plus OnPay made it easier for me to file my payroll taxes. I'm really pleased with OnPay overall - great service, friendly people.
