OnPay is the best!!! OnPay is always so professional, courteous, and helpful. The agents I speak with are very easy to work with and are sure to help answer any questions you may have. I have loved their customer service. My OnPay account itself is also extremely user-friendly, even for someone who has never worked with payroll before! 10/10 recommend!

Great Service, Great Price! We have been with OnPay for only one quarter. However, during that time the service we've received has been stellar. Help is always a phone call away. I've not experience long on-hold times at all, and the representatives have always been courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable at addressing my questions. OnPay is easy to use for weekly payroll, and their handling of tax forms and integration with QuickBooks simplifies my life greatly. On rare occasions when I've needed help, responses have been prompt and accurate.
