A Nice Experience It's the first time I tried to book tickets through the RussianTrains from my home in Beijing China. And found it become a pretty nice experience. I would like to give a five star evaluation for your service.

Very efficient Very efficient. Only little problem is not to be able to book the seats on the website. Nevertheless, all the people on the same order were put together. So finally very good.

I was able to make reservations easily enough; a little more English would be helpful. I was able to make reservations quickly enough. One thing I did not understand was my seat assignment on the train from Moscow to Smolensk. I needed a friend who knows more Russian than I do to tell me that my assignment was to a lower bunk, and not to a seat on the lower part of a particular train car. I am happy to learn more Russian, but since so much of your online ticket is in English, perhaps you could add this little bit. And I promise to keep working on Russian, even at my age. (You know what it is! :) )

Great experience! I had an excellent experience on RussianTrains.com. The directions were very clear, the forms were easy to complete and the explanations of how tickets would arrive, etc. we’re complete. The tickets arrived on the day I was told they would come and were easy to download and print. Although they are in Russian one can easily get all information including coach number and seat assignment.

Had a great experience with… Had a great experience with RussianTrains just last week, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Planned to be in Moscow and St. Pete now, first week of Nov, 2021. Purchased Tix in advance (super easy and friendly process) and then got the news both cities are going into lockdown. I emailed the company and got a full refund back, no questions asked. Will definitely use them in the very near future to rebook.
