Had a great experience with… Had a great experience with RussianTrains just last week, during the height of the Covid Pandemic. Planned to be in Moscow and St. Pete now, first week of Nov, 2021. Purchased Tix in advance (super easy and friendly process) and then got the news both cities are going into lockdown. I emailed the company and got a full refund back, no questions asked. Will definitely use them in the very near future to rebook.

Booking a train ticket online was easy… Booking a train ticket online was easy to do. Today I went to the train station to ask about help for our large suitcases when we get to the station. Again, I had helpful people to give me information about this process. I'm looking forward to traveling by train to Riga to see if that is also good.

Great experience! I had an excellent experience on RussianTrains.com. The directions were very clear, the forms were easy to complete and the explanations of how tickets would arrive, etc. we’re complete. The tickets arrived on the day I was told they would come and were easy to download and print. Although they are in Russian one can easily get all information including coach number and seat assignment.

I traveled by Russian trains last fall… I traveled by Russian trains last fall from Moscow to Vladimir and back, from Moscow to St. Petersburg, from St. Petersburg to Voronezh, and from Voronezh to Moscow. The trains were fast and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I plan to use them again this September.
