Great experience! I had an excellent experience on RussianTrains.com. The directions were very clear, the forms were easy to complete and the explanations of how tickets would arrive, etc. we’re complete. The tickets arrived on the day I was told they would come and were easy to download and print. Although they are in Russian one can easily get all information including coach number and seat assignment.

I very much enjoyed catching the trains… I very much enjoyed catching the trains from Moscow to St. Petersburg and then from St. Petersburg back to Moscow. The staff were polite and helpful, the seats were comfortable and I enjoyed watching the scenery through the windows. I would be very happy to travel on Russian Trains again in the future. Booking a train ticket online was easy… Booking a train ticket online was easy to do. Today I went to the train station to ask about help for our large suitcases when we get to the station. Again, I had helpful people to give me information about this process. I'm looking forward to traveling by train to Riga to see if that is also good.
