One thought though: It would be more useful to annoy me with requests to review your service AFTER the scheduled date of the train-ride and not after just the ticket-booking. How would I know if you are trustworthy when I had no chance to confirm the validity of the ticket?

I was able to make reservations easily enough; a little more English would be helpful. I was able to make reservations quickly enough. One thing I did not understand was my seat assignment on the train from Moscow to Smolensk. I needed a friend who knows more Russian than I do to tell me that my assignment was to a lower bunk, and not to a seat on the lower part of a particular train car. I am happy to learn more Russian, but since so much of your online ticket is in English, perhaps you could add this little bit. And I promise to keep working on Russian, even at my age. (You know what it is! :) )

Cabin for 3 We chosed a gabin for three on the train from Moscow to St Peteburg that departed in date 10th August from Leningradisky at 22.50..we booked a gabin for 3 but there was an other person in the same gabin..they offer us a refound of 80 euros because they didn’t understand how it could happen..we accepted the refound for the disease but i think they will move for make this things not happen again
