I am so used to dealing with rude and impatient travel agents when I call for an airline reservation that I am usually ready to hang up as soon as I detect unkindness or unfriendliness. However, this agent was the exception. He maintained his cool and patience with me as he explained the costs and answered courteously all of my questions. It was actually a pleasure to do business with him. I decided to book my flight with him because he inspired trust and honesty, which I rarely see in other agents, and thus the reason for hanging up and looking elsewhere. Representative Al C was Amazing What I liked was that Al C. Was very patient with me as I was very annoyed that the price increased after I booked. That was not fair to increase it.. So, I was not please with my 1st experience with your company. BUT, because Al was nice and calm, doing all he could to accommodate, I would certainly consider booking through your company again. Possibly a better experience next time.
