Compassionate towards consumers flight that was not confirmed made possible … I was given a certain amount of funds for my trip and online I found that amount but no confirmation because they said it kept coming and going but they took the time with the system they work with and made my trip happen with compassion and empathy. Representative Al C was Amazing What I liked was that Al C. Was very patient with me as I was very annoyed that the price increased after I booked. That was not fair to increase it.. So, I was not please with my 1st experience with your company. BUT, because Al was nice and calm, doing all he could to accommodate, I would certainly consider booking through your company again. Possibly a better experience next time.

Totally disappointing Totally disappointing, I lost my 269$ I book my ticket on 16 april and within 1 hour I cancel my ticket and when I call with their ageny she say your money will be refunded with 2 days. After 2 days I call again and then they say your money will be refunded within 10 12 days . Now today say you cannot receive your money because we do not charge you anything another airline is cut your money .
