GBStepping up and following through I had a terrible experience trying to travel from Chicago, IL to Lexington, KY. The flight was canceled 3 hours after it was supposed to leave, and there were no other flights that night. I had to return home and drive 6.5 hours through the night to arrive on time for a training seminar. American Airlines (AA) had canceled this flight and then said I was not ELIGIBLE for a refund. The service Lookbyfare not only refunded their service fee, they stood up for me and reached out to AA to straighten out the refund discrepancy. A special shout-out to Lookbyfare representative "Conan" for delivering on his word and resolving my refund situation with AA!

GBKind, courteous and attentive service! I am so used to dealing with rude and impatient travel agents when I call for an airline reservation that I am usually ready to hang up as soon as I detect unkindness or unfriendliness. However, this agent was the exception. He maintained his cool and patience with me as he explained the costs and answered courteously all of my questions. It was actually a pleasure to do business with him. I decided to book my flight with him because he inspired trust and honesty, which I rarely see in other agents, and thus the reason for hanging up and looking elsewhere. So thank you very much, Mr.Bratt for a job well done. I wish all travel agents were like you! Jay

GBI purchased 2 separate bookings here I purchased 2 separate bookings here. There were some issues on the 2nd one but above and beyond Stella was able to resolve the issues. She stayed with me until issues were addressed and resolved. She called the airline and waited long to get answers to her querries and got back to me within reasonable time and waiting period to offer a solution for the problem. And also I would like to say my appreciation to Preston, he also tried his best to take care of other issues the day prior.
