GBMyra I worked with Myra to resolve some issues with my reservation. She worked to get the approval she needed to get a comparable flight with the price quoted. She apologized for the inconvenience in working with the airlines for denying the fares and stating they no longer had a seat available. She also gave me a credit for a future reservation due to the trouble we had in booking this flight.

GBStellar Service by Tom Lincon! I received a cancelation email and called back immediately to see what was going on. I was quite frustrated and flustered when first calling. Tom Lincon answered and was EXTREMELY patient and kind. He talked me through there entire process (twice) and remained pleasant and helpful the entire time. He even stayed on the phone with me until the end to ensure I had an easy experience. The best part. I paid the same amount and got a direct flight! Great service!!

GBRIDICULOUS This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have currently been waiting almost 4months to correct something they made a mistake on. They changed my ticket, charged me more money, changed my ticket again to something entirely different, wont answer or corporate in any way...apparently a MANAGER DOESNT EXIT IN 4 MONTHS IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS
