Customer service agents are friendly Customer service agents are friendly, professional and helpful. I just wish the total costs were upfront the first time I was contacted about the Margaritaville at Sea cruise. I paid for the initial package believing everything was paid for, then they say I have to pay for port fees, parking, gas surcharge, tips, hotel taxes, transportation, etc. You think it will be an economical trip, but added expenses add up to being expensive.If you change your mind, the money is forfeited. I would like to see an itemized invoice to see what all the money I paid included.

Scammers Pocanos by Take a Break Travel is a SCAM, we went to the resort yesterday commuted for 6 hours took vacation off work- just to be turned down and told to pay full price for the package. We had to go back to the city, pay toll gate fees, gas etc! And they refused to refund the money. Pure scammers
