Customer service agents are friendly Customer service agents are friendly, professional and helpful. I just wish the total costs were upfront the first time I was contacted about the Margaritaville at Sea cruise. I paid for the initial package believing everything was paid for, then they say I have to pay for port fees, parking, gas surcharge, tips, hotel taxes, transportation, etc. You think it will be an economical trip, but added expenses add up to being expensive.If you change your mind, the money is forfeited. I would like to see an itemized invoice to see what all the money I paid included.

Melanie was the very patient and… Melanie was the very patient and pleasant representative who took me through confirmation of my vacation package. She explained all clearly and gave me lots of room to understand the unknown. She took time to add options not originally available in my package. Thanks Melanie, I hardly write reviews but this was special.

Jen with the great customer service Jen was very fast and courteous with assisting us during our traveling. I didn’t have the check in information available and she helped quick and respectfully. This was also the best vacation package I’ve ever booked!!!
