Excellent customer care Jason was exceptional in his help and guidance through the reservation process. Everything was explained clearly and no details were missed. Extra time was spent ensuring I had rooms booked at my preferred location instead of only offering me the first available on the date I asked for.

Jen with the great customer service Jen was very fast and courteous with assisting us during our traveling. I didn’t have the check in information available and she helped quick and respectfully. This was also the best vacation package I’ve ever booked!!!

I have already done this, but I keep getting getting texts. I spoke to Jen today. She reassured me that my reservation was indeed verified. She was very kind and patient.
