She explained all clearly and gave me lots of room to understand the unknown. She took time to add options not originally available in my package. Excellent customer care Jason was exceptional in his help and guidance through the reservation process. Everything was explained clearly and no details were missed. Extra time was spent ensuring I had rooms booked at my preferred location instead of only offering me the first available on the date I asked for.

Customer service agents are friendly Customer service agents are friendly, professional and helpful. I just wish the total costs were upfront the first time I was contacted about the Margaritaville at Sea cruise. I paid for the initial package believing everything was paid for, then they say I have to pay for port fees, parking, gas surcharge, tips, hotel taxes, transportation, etc. You think it will be an economical trip, but added expenses add up to being expensive.If you change your mind, the money is forfeited. I would like to see an itemized invoice to see what all the money I paid included.
