Michelle was Great I spoke with Michelle and from the time she answered the phone until the moment we disconnected, the tone in her voice was pleasant and comforting. She assisted me with what I needed then gave me options for additional services and vacations with no pressure. Thanks Michelle

Excellent customer care Jason was exceptional in his help and guidance through the reservation process. Everything was explained clearly and no details were missed. Extra time was spent ensuring I had rooms booked at my preferred location instead of only offering me the first available on the date I asked for.

Melanie was the very patient and… Melanie was the very patient and pleasant representative who took me through confirmation of my vacation package. She explained all clearly and gave me lots of room to understand the unknown. She took time to add options not originally available in my package. Thanks Melanie, I hardly write reviews but this was special.
