My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa… My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa Travels, specifically dealing with Agent Arsalan, was a complete disaster. Arsalan's unresponsive customer support, constant delays, and lack of trip knowledge were infuriating. They disappeared after taking my money, made last-minute hotel changes without warning, and the drivers were utterly unresponsive. Avoid this agency, especially Agent Arsalan, at any cost!
