Great experience It was a great experience and a wise decision to go to Umra, and the service I received from the day I left till the day I returned was outstanding by Safwa Travel. I want to thank Zain, Muhammad Arsalan, and anyone who has facilitated this journey. Muhammad Arslan was on top of everything and was in constant contact during my stay in Mecca and Madina. Mr. Talal, who is in Jeddah and does the groundwork, is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide; Mr. Talal was always there for me and assisted me throughout my stay in Mecca and Madina. Brother Umar C. is the best! Assalamualaykum Eid Mubarak! Alhamtulillah! We finished our two Umrah (before and during Ramadan), we would like to recognize brother Umar C. for his professional, hard working, trustable, quick response, understandable, friendly and get the job done! Would recommend him for everyone! We start booking for 10 people and end up with the big group with 48 members mainly seniors. He’s above and beyond, he stay up all night to complete our booking, 48 visas, book airfare and land fare for last minute members. He make sure all the seniors got what they need before trips.
