Brother Omer is above and beyond and very nice he helped us alot choosing right hotels and rooms for our stay. He is taking care of everything we requested for. My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa… My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa Travels, specifically dealing with Agent Arsalan, was a complete disaster. Arsalan's unresponsive customer support, constant delays, and lack of trip knowledge were infuriating. They disappeared after taking my money, made last-minute hotel changes without warning, and the drivers were utterly unresponsive. Avoid this agency, especially Agent Arsalan, at any cost!

Brother Umar C. is the best! Assalamualaykum Eid Mubarak! Alhamtulillah! We finished our two Umrah (before and during Ramadan), we would like to recognize brother Umar C. for his professional, hard working, trustable, quick response, understandable, friendly and get the job done! Would recommend him for everyone! We start booking for 10 people and end up with the big group with 48 members mainly seniors. He’s above and beyond, he stay up all night to complete our booking, 48 visas, book airfare and land fare for last minute members. He make sure all the seniors got what they need before trips. He even surprise us at the Jeddah airport. Thank you very much Safwa Travel for making that happen. We all very appreciate it. Umar, Thank you very!
