Excellent Customer Service from Brother Arsalan I have been working with Brother Arsalan for planning an Umrah and he has been really helpful in answering all of our questions and considering different flight and hotel options to cater to our needs. He explains everything clearly and in a respectful manner. He also shared the best options based on our health limitations and budget. So many positive things to say - thanks Brother Arsalan and Safwa Travels Team!

My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa… My December 2023 Umrah with Safwa Travels, specifically dealing with Agent Arsalan, was a complete disaster. Arsalan's unresponsive customer support, constant delays, and lack of trip knowledge were infuriating. They disappeared after taking my money, made last-minute hotel changes without warning, and the drivers were utterly unresponsive. Avoid this agency, especially Agent Arsalan, at any cost!

I recommend Safwa Travel because they… I recommend Safwa Travel because they deliver on everything they promise. The experience of Umrah was great due to their 24-hr round the clock access. Whatever you need they provide before and during your travel. I will be using them again Insha Allah and will be recommending to any of my Muslim family in the US to book using Safwa Travel. I took a chance and it was more than what I expected. Brother Umar and Arslan did a wonderful job making sure all questions, concerns, and expectations were met.
