I am not quite sure how I came across… I am not quite sure how I came across Philip of Where it all began(What great name for the company!) on my various excursions into the internet to put together a 50 wedding anniversary trip to Southern Namibia andS.A., but I am very pleased that I did. Philip with his extensive knowledge of travel around Southern Africa was only to pleased to provide me with with some great ideas for our special trip and provide prices for various aspects of the trip that were I believe extremely competitive. Nothing was too much for him and when he said he would get back to me thats exactly what happened. Quick help with travel changes South Africa is challenging for travelers. Philip was super-responsive to changes that occured, such as driver changes and restaurant rescheduling. Plus various questions we had during our travels. Also, the trips he suggested gave us an excellent idea of what living in Joburg or Cape Town is like, which is a main reason to visit new places.

Best Travel Agent Phil and his colleagues helped us a lot in organizing our trip to South Africa. They came up with nice accommodations on beautiful locations and always respond quickly. When our program had to be adjusted due to an accident, they were able to quickly improvise to find alternatives. We would love to work with them again next time.

A brilliant holiday Although we have visited South Africa many times, this was the first time we have used the services of Where It All Began. Their planning was exemplary and our queries were answered promptly and fully. The venues were just as we had expected and our holiday was enhanced by their services. The holiday notes provided were excellent; we have visited the Cape on many occasions in the past, and thought we knew our way around; but the notes led us to new places well worth visiting. Excellent organization! We had a fantastic safari at Kruger park and after that they perfectly organized for me and my wife a trip at Victoria Falls. Amazing,daily assistance during our trip, we are very happy with everything and we already plan with them our next trip.
