Great agency - highly recommended. Outstanding organization that planned our visit in South Africa. All details were meticulously planned. The structure of the 2 week trip was very balanced so we had time to relax between visits. Excellent choice of lodges and restaurants. The driver/guide was safe, hospitable and knowledgeable and shared many experiences and information that helped us understand better the country and the history. When changes were needed everything was done for us very smoothly and we received excellent follow up each evening. In sum a perfect experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent organization! We had a fantastic safari at Kruger park and after that they perfectly organized for me and my wife a trip at Victoria Falls. Amazing,daily assistance during our trip, we are very happy with everything and we already plan with them our next trip.

Absolutely Perfect. Our trip to South Africa was absolutely perfect thanks to "Where it all Began". They turned our complex itinerary and wish list into an effortless vacation. Accommodations were excellent, walking and driving tours allowed us to get to know the real South Africa. Our trip to Cape Town in particular was amazing. Where it All began connected us with an excellent guide named Paul who took us on a walking tour of Cape Town and a driving tour of the coast and wine country. The drivers were all extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. Absolutely flawless trip. I hope to do it again some day soon! I would definitely go with Where it All began again.

We can’t say enough positive things… We can’t say enough positive things about Where It All Began. They created a bespoke, seamless three week trip for five people ranging from age 13 to 75. Our unique interests and varied needs were addressed making it a lifetime memory for all of us. We received daily travel check-ins from them reminding us of travel details, pickup confirmations, etc. It was, by far, the best organized and easiest trip that I have ever taken. In addition to this, it was also the most interesting and personal trip that I have ever taken. We were invited into the homes of individuals from all over South Africa, learning about their experiences and stories. I will definitely ask Where it All Began to plan our next trip to Africa!
