Five Star Review We have just returned from a two-week tour arranged by Alex. From the planning stage to the day we reluctantly left Costa Rica, Alex provided efficient, accommodating service and provided us with personable and knowledgeable drivers/guides. We are especially grateful for the extra effort given to secure wheelchair accessible accommodations, vans and tours. Not only was Alex and his staff respectful and gracious to us as "mature travelers," we found all the people we encountered providing the same. We met so many people truly enjoying "Pura Vida." Our experience with costarica.com has… Our experience with costarica.com has been amazing. I cannot talk enough of the help and assistance we got throughout our trip. Alex has been marvellous and at times went beyond the call of duty. He arranged our trip and was there 24/7 to answer our queries. He went out of his way to help us out of a tricky situation. We got stuck with flat tyres on our way to airport. He somehow managed to get us roadside assistance to get us to the airport on time. He even monitored our drive so we don’t get lost, and that was on a sunday evening. He managed to book us for sightseeing at last minute and did not worry about last minute changes. I really can’t talk enough about him and costarica.com. I would definitely book with him again And would definitely recommend using their services. I rate them 6 🌟

The transportation company was exceptional. The transportation company was in constant contact with me about my trip and provided all the information about the driver and vehicle and license plate. I felt safe and the driver was waiting for us on time for each trip. I highly recommend using this company for all your transport!

Alex Alex, with Costarica.com, was absolutely wonderful. With only 24 hrs notice he got us drivers lined up for the week and planned all our activities. He had great recommendations of what to do everywhere we went. When we needed restaurant suggestions, he texted me menus and made the reservations. Anytime we wanted more time with whatever we were doing he reassured me to enjoy our vacation and he’d take care of moving our reservation or letting the driver know we needed more time. Each evening Alex texted me the itinerary for the next day and even sent me a photo of our driver and any guides we’d be meeting so we knew what to expect. He was in constant communication and available anytime I needed to ask a question. He absolutely made our trip be worry-free and so much fun. I’m incredibly thankful for his services.

Amazing Service!! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Alex and his drivers at Costarica.com. I needed multiple transfers (LIR to Arenal, Monteverde to Tamarindo, Tamarindo to LIR and LIR to Tamarindo). Alex was in constant contact and coordinated everything perfectly, even when I would ask for slight time changes. The van was clean, comfortable and our driver Allen (who we loved) went the extra mile, providing water and stopping to allow us to take pictures and grab snacks. Allen was always there at least 30 minutes early and never rushed us. Alex also helped to arrange our COVID tests which didn't disrupt our trip. I wish I hadn't already had our tours booked because I would have trusted them with this as well. If you are looking for transfers, look no further. I will definitely use this company every time I return! Thank you, Alex and Allen, for helping to make this a stress free trip!
