From the planning stage to the day we reluctantly left Costa Rica, Alex provided efficient, accommodating service and provided us with personable and knowledgeable drivers/guides. We are especially grateful for the extra effort given to secure wheelchair accessible accommodations, vans and tours. He took the time to speak with me to assess what my wife and I enjoy about our vacations. He had great ideas/suggestions that were relevant to our interests. On the way in to Costa Rica, we had to deal with a flight cancellation and multiple delays. Alex was following our travel updates and made sure we had a ride from the airport at midnight when we finally landed. He maintained regular contact and was meticulous in the arrangement of our transportation, lodging, and excursions.
