The most amazing trip ever! Our Costa Rica trip was amazing. Costarica.com is top notch. Alex was professional and had everything organized and planned for our family of 12. The places we visited were beautiful and everything went smoothly. The transportation provided was perfect. I would highly recommend them to plan your trip.

Costa Rica Review Tours and tour guides were cordial and well informed. The first hotel we were placed in for three nights was mediocre. The food and staff were good, but the bathroom condition and minimal shower water amount and pressure was terrible. My daughter and I were not able to wash our hair because the drip was so limited. The humidity was very high. I know the country is modest, but these are basic essentials. For the price of this package, I am at least expecting a decent shower at the beginning and especially at the end of my long day. For the second hotel, we were told we had a balance. I had to call my point person to speak to the employee. When we arrived at our bedroom, there were only 4 towels and we are a family of 5. She said she would come back with 5th towel, but she never did. The wifi was terrible. I sent my daughter to request towel again, but she never came. I ended up drying myself with a hand towel. Finally, I couldn't set the AC to a higher or lower temperature setting. Therefore, we had to turn it off before we went to sleep and then woke up sweating in the middle of the night.
