I wish I could give Neil more stars I wish I could give Neil more stars! He went out of his way to find a way to help me out of an unfortunate situation. He was polite, resourceful and very professional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and you are lucky to have him on your team!

We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending…so much time in sorting our new changed flights out. We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending most of his day to change our flights with JetBlue which he originally made on our behalf back in March. Great Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna

Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections.
