USHats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.

He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. Heβs the best. He never let me down. CAAirline Seat Change Fee Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount
