Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. Sean Parker is my hero Sean Parker is my hero. In a very difficult situation with a large dog and a child with mental illness, Sean got the job done! He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. He’s the best. He never let me down. He was always there for every minute of this ever changing dynamic. Ten amazing stars for his customer service and getting the job done.

Great customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!
