GBGreat customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!

GBMaya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . GBMax was wonderfully helpful! Max was wonderfully helpful. He was easy to communicate with and I felt understood. Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee 😹 Cheers, Max!
