GBGreat Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna

GBThis company is fraud This company is fraud. Pls don't book. They take money saying they represent all airlines lol. Their service numbers too they mention major airlines

GBMax was wonderfully helpful! Max was wonderfully helpful. He was easy to communicate with and I felt understood. Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee 😹 Cheers, Max!
