She researched the issue all day long! Her patience with me was phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for a better person. She was consistently persistent in finding the best plan for me! This company is fraud This company is fraud. Pls don't book. They take money saying they represent all airlines lol. Their service numbers too they mention major airlines

United Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially… The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.
