Airline Seat Change Fee Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount

Sean Parker is my hero Sean Parker is my hero. In a very difficult situation with a large dog and a child with mental illness, Sean got the job done! He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. He’s the best. He never let me down. He was always there for every minute of this ever changing dynamic. Ten amazing stars for his customer service and getting the job done.

Maya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . She was ever so polite , efficient , helpful and professional . Truly , a great person to work with ! Thank you Maya for being so nice to me . Congrats on your work ethic !

Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. United has a wonderful employee in Maya and will help them being a great representative for their brand. THANK YOU MAYA & UNITED.

United Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially… The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.
