Hats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.

United Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially… The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.

Eden at skyhikes Eden at skyhikes was truly one of the best workers I have ever met. After having an awful time with another airline, he helped me fix something that could’ve ruined a plan that was a year in the making. I cannot express how thankful I am that I got him as my representative today. Thank you Eden!

Airline Seat Change Fee Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount

We are so Thankful for Ben Davis… We are so very thankful for Ben Davis and the thoughtful, and professional support he provided when my friend's plane trip home with another airline was rerouted, then delayed, finally due to circumstances beyond her control-- she could not make that flight. After much frustration and lack of assistance from the other airline, I was able to visit with Mr. Davis who was most helpful in helping us acquire another ticket for my dear friend, Helga. We have not seen each other in more than 20 years-- we spent 2 wonderful weeks reminiscing and renewing our friendship- yet the events of her flight debacle almost ruined that- however, Mr. Davis with his help and reassance provided us a glorious close to our time of reunion. She now home safe & sound in Holland. Thank you so much Mr. Ben Davis! Elizabeth Ann Stewart & Helga Wilhelm
