Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. Eden at skyhikes Eden at skyhikes was truly one of the best workers I have ever met. After having an awful time with another airline, he helped me fix something that could’ve ruined a plan that was a year in the making. I cannot express how thankful I am that I got him as my representative today. Thank you Eden!

Great Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna

Maya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back .
