I wish I could give Neil more stars I wish I could give Neil more stars! He went out of his way to find a way to help me out of an unfortunate situation. He was polite, resourceful and very professional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and you are lucky to have him on your team!

We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending…so much time in sorting our new changed flights out. We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending most of his day to change our flights with JetBlue which he originally made on our behalf back in March. Airline Seat Change Fee Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount

We are so Thankful for Ben Davis… We are so very thankful for Ben Davis and the thoughtful, and professional support he provided when my friend's plane trip home with another airline was rerouted, then delayed, finally due to circumstances beyond her control-- she could not make that flight. After much frustration and lack of assistance from the other airline, I was able to visit with Mr. Davis who was most helpful in helping us acquire another ticket for my dear friend, Helga. We have not seen each other in more than 20 years-- we spent 2 wonderful weeks reminiscing and renewing our friendship- yet the events of her flight debacle almost ruined that- however, Mr. Davis with his help and reassance provided us a glorious close to our time of reunion. Sean Parker is my hero Sean Parker is my hero. In a very difficult situation with a large dog and a child with mental illness, Sean got the job done! He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. He’s the best. He never let me down. He was always there for every minute of this ever changing dynamic. Ten amazing stars for his customer service and getting the job done.
