GBUnited Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially… The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.

GBWe Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending…so much time in sorting our new changed flights out. We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending most of his day to change our flights with JetBlue which he originally made on our behalf back in March. He showed once again his professionalism and dedication in performing his duties to give us what we required. He is an asset to Skyhikes. CAAirline Seat Change Fee Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount

GBGreat Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna
