We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending most of his day to change our flights with JetBlue which he originally made on our behalf back in March. GBGreat Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna

GBMaya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . She was ever so polite , efficient , helpful and professional . Truly , a great person to work with ! Thank you Maya for being so nice to me . Congrats on your work ethic !

GBEden is the best tech expert I have… Edon is the best tech expert I have ever worked with from any company I have traveled with, he js thvery dilgent doing his work and does itvwith very much confidence so as not to make a customer nervous and not trusting what he does and knows all the tricks to yiur trade!!!! GBMax was wonderfully helpful! Max was wonderfully helpful. He was easy to communicate with and I felt understood. Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee 😹 Cheers, Max! I hope they pay you well!
