We Thank Ben of Skyhikes for spending most of his day to change our flights with JetBlue which he originally made on our behalf back in March. He showed once again his professionalism and dedication in performing his duties to give us what we required. He is an asset to Skyhikes. GBGreat customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!

GBMax was wonderfully helpful! Max was wonderfully helpful. He was easy to communicate with and I felt understood. Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee 😹 Cheers, Max! GBI wish I could give Neil more stars I wish I could give Neil more stars! He went out of his way to find a way to help me out of an unfortunate situation. He was polite, resourceful and very professional. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and you are lucky to have him on your team!

GBUnited Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially… The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.
