United Airlines inept and unprofessional phone assistant….The attendant wasn’t initially… The attendant wasn’t initially responsive to my situation, and when I asked for management to pick up the call, he said they wouldn’t help me either. When I insisted that he connect me, he put me on hold and then came back on the call and suddenly was able to help me by re-booking my flight. as if that wasn’t enough, he then wasn’t wanting to help me with his seat assignment until I filled out this survey. He asked two or possibly three times that I give him a five star review. I have never been asked so intently by anyone to fill out a survey nor have it made conditional to receiving further help. Clearly this guy knew something about his behavior be off.

Excellent, Excellent Service!!! Your company and agents are during… Your company and agents are during everything right. I recently had a death in the family. Neil assisted me with changing my flight plans. He was kind, considerate, very respectful, and most of all extremely patient and knowledgeable. He stayed on the line until I received my confirmation email regarding the changes and broadening passes.

Sean Parker is my hero Sean Parker is my hero. In a very difficult situation with a large dog and a child with mental illness, Sean got the job done! He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. He’s the best. He never let me down. He was always there for every minute of this ever changing dynamic. Ten amazing stars for his customer service and getting the job done.

Maya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . She was ever so polite , efficient , helpful and professional . Truly , a great person to work with ! Thank you Maya for being so nice to me . Congrats on your work ethic !
