Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. Hats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.

After having an awful time with another airline, he helped me fix something that could’ve ruined a plan that was a year in the making. Sean Parker is my hero Sean Parker is my hero. In a very difficult situation with a large dog and a child with mental illness, Sean got the job done! He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. He’s the best. He never let me down. He was always there for every minute of this ever changing dynamic. Ten amazing stars for his customer service and getting the job done.
