Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. Hats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.

Maya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . Great customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!
