Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. Great customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!

Airline Seat Change Fee Recently we tried to call Lufthansa to upgrade our seats from Premium Economy to Preferred Premium Economy on a flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt. We ended up dealing with Skyhikes and there was confusion about the change and we were charged a fee .We spoke to Charles Green, a Supervisor who was professional and very helpful. He arranged for us to be reimbursed the full amount

Neil assisted me with changing my flight plans. He was kind, considerate, very respectful, and most of all extremely patient and knowledgeable. He stayed on the line until I received my confirmation email regarding the changes and broadening passes.
