GBGreat customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!

After having an awful time with another airline, he helped me fix something that could’ve ruined a plan that was a year in the making. GBHats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.
