GBGreat customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed. Anna has excellent customers service skills. I will be doing more business with United Airlines in the near future. I like to say thank you to Anna and United Airlines for the great service!!!

Traveling can be so stressful but his cheery disposition made me feel better about having shell out a "confirmation fee" when u bought my tickets almost a month earlier with no mention of a fee š¹ Cheers, Max! GBHats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.

GBWe are so Thankful for Ben Davis⦠We are so very thankful for Ben Davis and the thoughtful, and professional support he provided when my friend's plane trip home with another airline was rerouted, then delayed, finally due to circumstances beyond her control-- she could not make that flight. After much frustration and lack of assistance from the other airline, I was able to visit with Mr. Davis who was most helpful in helping us acquire another ticket for my dear friend, Helga. We have not seen each other in more than 20 years-- we spent 2 wonderful weeks reminiscing and renewing our friendship- yet the events of her flight debacle almost ruined that- however, Mr. Davis with his help and reassance provided us a glorious close to our time of reunion.
