He worked with me every day for seven days with many changes to the reservations to bring my daughter home from California to Florida in a hurricane no less. He’s the best. He never let me down. GBHats off to Max Ford!!! Hats off to Max Ford!!! My friend is handicapped, being legally blind and having difficulty walking. I was traveling from Las Vegas connecting in NY to my destination. My friend was boarding in NY, I had planned my trip in a manner I could sit with him and assist him when we arrived at our final destination. Due to a change in planes our seating choices were changed. Max Ford, your agent, was able to make arrangements for us to sit together in Premium seating at a very reasonable price. He took as much time as needed to make this happen.

GBExcellent, Excellent Service!!! Your company and agents are during… Your company and agents are during everything right. I recently had a death in the family. Neil assisted me with changing my flight plans. He was kind, considerate, very respectful, and most of all extremely patient and knowledgeable. He stayed on the line until I received my confirmation email regarding the changes and broadening passes.
