Made my day I was checking my itinerary to make sure that everything was right, to my horror it was not. I called United and Maya was my angel. She did her job well and made the corrections. Neil assisted me with changing my flight plans. He was kind, considerate, very respectful, and most of all extremely patient and knowledgeable. He stayed on the line until I received my confirmation email regarding the changes and broadening passes.

Maya the great ! Since I had a 11 hour flight to Honolulu , Maya got me a comfort + seat , which was so helpful to me , as I have a bad back . After having an awful time with another airline, he helped me fix something that could’ve ruined a plan that was a year in the making.
