GBGreat Customer service and compassion It was a terrible experience that I had to cancel my flight due to unexpected death In family,not expected at all. Anna was very compassionate and understand that I couldn't pay upgrade fee to cancel. She talked and then I talked to her supervisor, he was also compassionate and understood I didn't have funds. So they waived the fee and let me cancel. Never could I imagine this death happening but good to know kind compassion still exist. GOD Bless you Anna

GBGreat customer service I called about seats and aircraft changes for my upcoming flight in July. I talk to a representative name, Anna. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She immediately help me with my issues in a very professional way. She was courteous, kind and immediately made me feel very comfortable about the changes that was needed.
