GBPoor pick up service wait time Need more than one vehicle for after cruise pickup. I waited for almost two hours for a pickup because I one van could not hold my family. That's unreasonable for a big cruise especially during summer when families are traveling with kids.

GBVery quick pickups Very quick pickups, wonderful people. Secure location. We left a bag behind, and called he next day. They were on top of it and arranged to have it shipped to us. Great experience, highly recommend.

GBGreat service, scary location We arrived @ 5am and there we absolutely no lights on, or signage, where we were. Felt like we took a wrong turn on a dirt road; honestly, it was scary and intimidating for 4 women. Other than THAT... Anthony was great. Our new car came back in one piece w no scratches, so overall we are happy. Definitely needs help w lighting though.
