Great service, scary location We arrived @ 5am and there we absolutely no lights on, or signage, where we were. Felt like we took a wrong turn on a dirt road; honestly, it was scary and intimidating for 4 women. Other than THAT... Anthony was great. Our new car came back in one piece w no scratches, so overall we are happy. Definitely needs help w lighting though.

Very dependable and timely service to the Port. Our experience with Park by the Ports last year was excellent. Timely service to the port for our cruise ship departure and very little wait on the way back. Very comfortable vehicle for the ride over.

Great service all the way. Great service all the way. Not only was it affordable but service was better then ever expected. They help us with our bags took us to the front of the terminal almost right away. And the return was even better wore my sticker and with in minutes a driver arrived help me with my luggage to the car and also loaded them to the trunk. I will recommend to all my friends

Avoid at all costs! Returned from a cruise to find a lot completely flooded, hundreds of cars sitting in a foot of water or more. People shoveling water out of their cars, having all kinds of issues, including electrical. My car had water inside and SRS light was going off. The lot ownership is not taking any responsibility. Now I have to pay $1,000 deductible out of pocket because of the owner's indifference. As other reviewers mentioned, this is not the first time the lot gets flooded and it sits in the flood zone; no way this was a surprise. Pay a few bucks more and go to a reputable business or just park in the port garage.

Absolute peace of mind--no hassle! Great service both at the drop off and with picking us up following the cruise. Transportation both directions was quick and the drivers very helpful. We definitely would use this place again and highly recommend it for convenience, cost and sense of security knowing that our vehicle was safely parked.
