Poor pick up service wait time Need more than one vehicle for after cruise pickup. I waited for almost two hours for a pickup because I one van could not hold my family. That's unreasonable for a big cruise especially during summer when families are traveling with kids.

Great service all the way. Great service all the way. Not only was it affordable but service was better then ever expected. They help us with our bags took us to the front of the terminal almost right away. And the return was even better wore my sticker and with in minutes a driver arrived help me with my luggage to the car and also loaded them to the trunk. I will recommend to all my friends

Easy Solution When planning for our cruise, we were shocked to discover that the hotel we usually stay in, which offers free parking while on a cruise, had increased it's room rate 100%. Park by the Port saved us a good amount of money and offers a secure place for our vehicle while we are away.

EXCELLENT service! Even when our flight was delayed for almost 5 hours in our return to FLL, Park by the Ports where incredibly punctual on our exit from the baggage claim area. It was so easy to check in with our car! Both the people who attended us during our check in and check out were so nice and friendly that almost made us forget how bad was our return flight.
