Promises kept in every way Our first time using this service. The drop off was on time. The pickup was reasonable. Driver friendly and showed complete interest in helping customers. Will call on this company again for airport parking. Nothing bad to report.

Terrific Service We were very happy with the business, they emailed us in the morning we got back, they arrived promptly, were pleasant and helpful to everyone , in spite of how busy it was. I use a walker and have some mobility issues, they were kind and patient with me. Back at the lot the cars had been moved to the shuttle stop and the bags were unloaded and put in your vehicle. The staff worked very, very hard with unfailing good humor. Highest marks for this great business.

Fast and Easy While the parking situation itself isn't the *nicest*, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. We were on our way to the port within five minutes of arriving, and within five minutes of making it through customs, we were on our way back to our vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

EXCELLENT service! Even when our flight was delayed for almost 5 hours in our return to FLL, Park by the Ports where incredibly punctual on our exit from the baggage claim area. It was so easy to check in with our car! Both the people who attended us during our check in and check out were so nice and friendly that almost made us forget how bad was our return flight. We were able to get a shuttle to the… We were able to get a shuttle to the Fort Lauderdale airport in the middle of the night. Very few offer that service. When we flew back to Fort Lauderdale, one phone call and they came to pick us up at their special location in 10 minutes. Could not be more pleased.
