excellent service, very accomodating my flight into Raleigh arrived almost 45 minutes early and the driver was already waiting for me. very nice and great driver. my meeting ended almost an hour early and the driver was able to pick me up early. very pleased with the service. would definitely use Charlene's Safe Ride again without hesitation.

Excellent What really makes a difference with Charlene's is their dispatchers: all are polite, very friendly and attentive. Jen, the daytime dispatcher, was very kind while patiently answering my questions, booking my reservation and taking my credit card payment. Besides that, I received a great service from the driver.
