Very reliable service. I use this service to get my 8 years old boy to school. They have been on time, safely driving my child and affordable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Service Good, website terrible Don't try and book anything on line - you cannot do it. First it was a wildly incorrect amount ($3700 to travel from Durham to RDU), that was corrected and now it asks for information that it not on the form (your email) or has been done (accept terms).

Professional and prompt Great service! My driver called me beforehand to let me know he would be waiting and gave me his personal cell number. The driver was 10 minutes early to pick me up. He helped me with my bags and the cab was clean which is called big plus for me. I liked the personal service and I felt like a vip. I have tried several other taxi companies in the past and was not impressed. I am glad I found this company and I will be using csr exclusively from now on. Would recommend to anyone!

Courteous Service I called Charlene's Safe Ride and the friendly dispatcher took my info and let me know a cab would be on the way. Minivan showed up very promptly, the driver was courteous and helpful

Excellent Service! I used Charlene's Safe Rides to transport my out of town physicians from the Durham Marriott to various locations in the area. The service was excellent and they were on time! My guests seemed to enjoy the service as well. Thank you CSR for providing excellent service.
