Excellent What really makes a difference with Charlene's is their dispatchers: all are polite, very friendly and attentive. Jen, the daytime dispatcher, was very kind while patiently answering my questions, booking my reservation and taking my credit card payment. Besides that, I received a great service from the driver. Courteous Service I called Charlene's Safe Ride and the friendly dispatcher took my info and let me know a cab would be on the way. Minivan showed up very promptly, the driver was courteous and helpful
