Service Good, website terrible Don't try and book anything on line - you cannot do it. First it was a wildly incorrect amount ($3700 to travel from Durham to RDU), that was corrected and now it asks for information that it not on the form (your email) or has been done (accept terms).

Only SUPER-POSITIVE surprises I definitely recommend Charlene's Safe Ride to anyone. I used it to reach RDU airport and also on my way back. I really can't find anything negative in the service they offered. They were super-efficient in managing my trip even thought I don't have a phone number. Quick and kind e-mail responses, efficient chat service, friendly taxi drivers PERFECTLY on time (even in advance), safe ride, clean cabs, possibility of paying via debit card with receipts e-mailed instantaneously, no surprises on the taxi fare (30$ dollars no matter on traffic). If you don't belive me, try it!
