2am pick up with water and all! I had a wonderful time with Charlene's Safe Ride. My driver brought water and a soda for me after a long trip. Was thankful to find such a wonderful company for an early morning ride.

Multiple bad experiences with Charlene's Safe Ride Charlene's safe ride has been late many times and overcharged a friend of mine without notice. She did not know until she checked her credit card statement. Also, their rates are not competitive compared to other cab companies in the area.

I really can't find anything negative in the service they offered. They were super-efficient in managing my trip even thought I don't have a phone number. Quick and kind e-mail responses, efficient chat service, friendly taxi drivers PERFECTLY on time (even in advance), safe ride, clean cabs, possibility of paying via debit card with receipts e-mailed instantaneously, no surprises on the taxi fare (30$ dollars no matter on traffic).
