Exceptional service and seamless… Exceptional service and seamless planning! We booked our honeymoon to Greece through Adam and it exceeded our expectations. Adam was easy to work with and helped us create an amazing itinerary, traveling to three different islands and helped adjust our activities. He worked with us and our budget to create a trip full of various activities with point to point transportation. Once we arrived in Greece, everything was perfect, there were special touches at every hotel or activity. Everyone we met through Central Holidays was friendly, on time and pleasant. We felt very taken care of by all vendors. We would love to book another trip!

Three working days later, I wrote to the chat to clarify the information. There I was told that my manager is now busy and will contact me personally a little later, and in fact, within an hour they contacted me and explained at what stage the solution to my issue was. On the same day, I received an SMS stating that my tour has been adjusted and I need to confirm that I agree with this. In general, the company is always in touch and trying to help as much as possible. They have adjusted the tour to our wishes. Upon arrival from the tour, I will write another final review.

30 Clients of All Ages to Africa 30 Clients of All Ages to Africa? No problem! Everyone was blown away and I am super pleased with my whole team. I felt at all times I had instant back up in all tenuous situations, ie, a lost passport. The internet was sketchy but my "what’s app" seemed to always work and my back up team was always available. I had people from 21 to 82 years old and we had no major mishaps. The challenges were the altitude and all the steps at Serena Serengeti with no elevators. I have to be more aware of what’s coming for the older folks who really need wheelchairs to navigate a lot of terrain, but were indomitable anyway. The kick off dinner at Talisman Restaurant was a perfect selection by Central Holidays. I’m so happy we went there instead of Carnivore Cafe where I have taken a group prior. My team from Amazing Africa went above and beyond in dedication, attentiveness and cleanliness washing the 5 Jeeps daily. The grand finale Lodge was mind blowing and exactly what I wanted to finish my clients excellent adventure with. Everyone blew up Facebook with thousands of photos. At last count we took a total of 12 planes and 1hot air balloon ( which was extraordinary) and folks with connections from JFK home even more. Not one person minded. Thank you so much for all you did to make this trip happen, safely with great adventure and joy!

Thank you for arranging the trip to… Thank you for arranging the trip to Italy for my family. This was a wonderful trip. Everyone expressed what a great time they had. The hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. We were centrally located and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Central Holidays did an excellent job. The transportation was clean and up to date. The guides were well-informed and did a good job relating to the group, even though there was a big difference in ages. The guide for our days in Rome, Francesca, related to the grandchildren well. She kept things interesting and kept the kids engaged. I could not be more pleased with the trip overall.
