The Sun Country Airlines to refuse my access online with reason : I did not direct book fligth from it but through HOP2. I have tried to contact with HOP2 via email address and phone numbers for more than dozen times, but no one reply to my booking issue. I'm loosing my trust from HOP2 travel agency and I may need the third party get involved... Anh Tran

Overcharged and Unfulfilled: A Disappointing Experience with Hop2 I recently booked a flight from Houston to Izmir through Hop2 and decided to upgrade to a preferred seat for an additional $88. However, upon checking Lufthansa’s own website, I discovered that the same seat was available for only $66. Not only was the seat still open for purchase, but it also became clear that Hop2 had not finalized my reservation. This experience has shown a lack of transparency and overcharging by Hop2, leading me to question their reliability and honesty. It’s crucial to trust your travel provider, and unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Hop2 as a trustworthy option.

Rex (Travel Consultant) made it super… Rex (Travel Consultant) made it super easy for me and a friend to book our flights! He found us great deals and made sure our flights were confirmed, even though we had a minor hiccup - where he cancelled my friends booking because he thought I made an error in booking the dates, as my friends return will be different than mine. He was quick to contact his team and reverse the cancellation and confirm both bookings were successful and that the both of us received the email confirmations. Highly recommend working with Rex and Hop2 Travel!
